Empire Drip Supply- a new name in the New York Ag industry. Our business may be young but our team brings two generations of experience in agriculture including several years of supplying drip irrigation products. We offer quality names in irrigation and agriculture supplies. Our industry specific knowledge helps us customize a comprehensive product line with a variety of tools to help support your agricultural business. We ship daily from our warehouse located at 5951 S Geneva Rd. Sodus, NY 14551.

We are happy to help! Give us basic information on our handy design form, and we can give you a quote of the overall design. If you choose to purchase the system, you will get a full map design, an itemized and detailed parts list, and free support from our designer!

Pick Up, Shipping & Delivery

Customers are encouraged to come pick up their orders from our facility.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We use USPS & UPS daily for small items, and LTL carriers for pallet quantities.
As a customer service, we are working to arrange pooled delivery service into various areas of NYS and surrounding.
Please help us get your product quickly and cost effectively by placing your order at least a week in advance of when you need it, that way you have the greatest opportunity to save on shipping!

Terms and Conditions

We accept all major credit cards; cash, check or money order. Claims for shortage or damaged items MUST be made within 7 days of receipt of shipment. All prices subject to change without notice. Credit card payments for amounts over $3,000 are subject to a 2% credit card fee.

Returns

All returns for credit must include invoice and may have a 10% restocking charge.

Our show room is open. Calling ahead will insure that your order is waiting to be picked up when you get here.

Shipping UPS or LTL is another convenient and quick option. Pallet flat-rate via RIST LTL Transportation makes it easy with a pre-set rate for anything that we can fit on a 40″ x 48″ pallet, up to 2000#. Call us and we can give you your pallet flat-rate per your zip code in seconds!

We also do occasional pool truck deliveries if we have several orders going to the same area.
